Near by the sea side, in a quiet and green place, duplex apartment of 60 sqm, refurbished in december 2013, with direct view without vis-à-vis, on the golf course.
It includes the ground floor:
- A main room with a balcony facing the Gulf and with a sofa, table and chairs, a wardrobe closet double door
- A fully equipped kitchen,
- A bedroom with a bed for 2 people in 140 cm
- A bathroom with shower,
- Separate WC.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the golf course, with 2 beds: 1 person in 90 cm and a "click-clack" for 2 people in 120 cm and a large wardrobe.
