1 à 4 personnes:540€/semaine,dans 2 chambres(lit 2 pers.)
5 à 6 personnes:650€/semaine, 3ième chambre sur une mezzanine de 9m2 au-dessus du salon, 2 vrais lits (1pers)
Prêt de draps sur demande, seuls les frais de blanchisserie sont demandés (3 à 4€ par pièce)
Acompte 320€ obligatoire pour confirmation réservation (à déduire de la location)paiement sécurisé carte bancaire possible par Paypal(4% de frais).
CAUTION obligatoire à l'arrivée: 320€ remboursable le jour de la sortie si aucune dégradation, objet manquant, casse ou autre désordre n'a été constaté (état des lieux).

Fully renovated equipped and air conditioned, 53 Sq.m (+10 Sq. m for a big mezzanine), ground floor, dining and living room with stone walls and beams, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, separated toilets, modern kitchen fully equipped: dishwater, washing machine, real oven, microwaves, 4 burners vitreous ceramic, fridge with freezer compartment, dishes, kitchen and house cleaning equipped, 10 m2 additional space on a mezzanine with 2 one person beds only for adults, forbidden t o children.
All the windows of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms) are on a small yard without passage (no noise of the street), there is some place in this closed yard for bicycles.
Cable television and FREE INTERNET ACCESS (WiFi), FREE PHONE BY IP on fixed lines for approximately 60 countries. Nearby :PERFECTLY LOCATED, THE APARTMENT IS:
