A cela, il faut rajouter la taxe de séjour qui est de 1€20 par nuit, et par personne (à partir de 18 ans)
- Si vous ne souhaitez pas vous embêter à faire le ménage avant votre départ, les frais de ménage vous seront facturés 20€.
De plus, un chèque de caution de 300€ vous sera demandé le jour de votre arrivée.

In the heart of Arras, in a quiet street, close to the Grande Place, in a small building completely renovated and called "Au Détour des Places", we offer two apartments
It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a sofa bed.
We welcome you for one night, a week or more (maximum 3 months).
We put at your disposal a motorbike parking, covered and secure at the entrance of the building.
The apartment consist of :
- a living room of 26 square meters, with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine), a small living room with sofa bed and TV.
- a bedroom of 16 square meters with a bed of 160/200 centimeters, a cot and a small dressing.
- a second bedroom of 12 square meters with two beds of 90/200 centimeters
- a bathroom with a spacious shower
- Separate toilet
A washing machine is at your disposal if necessary and a hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided as well as basic necessities.
We put at your disposal the necessary for baby (cot, changing table, high chair, baby bath and plastic dishes)
WiFi access.

The apartments are ideally located for visiting Arras on foot, close to historical monuments.
They are in the city center, 2 minutes walk from the Grande Place, close to all shops, bus stops and the free shuttle.
