Studio new renovated 2009 in a charming house “Niçoise.” Located in the middle of the city on a calm and sunny court yard .With Nordic standard the studio are completely equipped
micro oven. Taste full decoration, sleeps 3 persons one double bed 140 cm for two persons on mezzanine and a sofa bed for one adult or two children in the living room. There is also flat screen TV and internet connection. Towels and bed linen are included (no included towels for the beach). Cleaning after staying included.

In a living part of the city where you find Chinese, Arabic, Indian, Italian, Caribbean and of course French Mediterranean food close to avenue Jean Medecin “the main street” where you find small cafés with sunny terraces, shopping galleries (Lafayette and Nice Etoile). Five minutes to the train station with direct connection to the neighbor cities “Cannes, Juan les Pins, Antibes, Monaco ; and fifteen minutes to the beach the well none “Promenade des Anglais “of six kilometers long with private beaches where you can eat fish and sea food ; with your feet in the azure blue sea.
After a sunny day on the beach maybe you want to take walk in the old city of Nice where you can eat ice cream and taste a famous “Socca “one of the specialties Nissarde and close by you have “Cours Saleya” and the flower market.
